Louvre - Opera
Our apartment is located in Avenue de l'Opera, between the Louvre Museum and the Opera Garnier, Palais Royal and the Comedie Française, near Place Vendôme and Rue de Rivoli, Place de la Concorde and the Church of the Madeleine, and also the fashions shop of the rue Faubourg Saint Honoré. Two park are very close : Palais Royal Gardens and the Gardens of the Tuileries.
The apartement is 75 square meters approx. There is a large living room with a sitting room, a dining area, and a fully equipped American kitchen. There is a bedroom, a bathroom, and also 5 small balcons offering different terrific views of Parisian monuments.
The living room is furnished with a double sofa and a murphy double beds to be opened for the nights, an elegant dining table, armchairs and minor antique furnishing. The kitchen is equipedd with cook top, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. The marble bathroom has tub with shower, double wash-basin. The toilette is in a separate room in accordance with French style. The bedroom has a king size bed, a large wall cupboard. The apartment offers also wifi internet connection, telephone and TV with international channel.
The nearest Metro station is 20 meters from the building, taxi station 50 meters, auto parking and food supermarket 100 meters.
