Take a walk down Etienne Marcel street to explore its shopping boutiques or Montorgueil street, real tradition open market street with cafés & restaurants, bakeries, butcher shops, fisher shops & delicatessen shops. Beaubourg Museum is just 5min walk away and you will be near (10min walk) from the Seine River, Notre-Dame cathedrak or The Louvre Museum and the Tuileries garden.

This charming apartment under Paris roof is at the 4th and last floor of a traditional parisian building and can accomodate up to 5 persons. It gives view upon the Forum des Halles. Wooden floor and beams on the ceiling, the flat offers a nice 65 square meters space divided in a living room, an opened kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and separate toilet room.
The living room has a double sofa bed, a glass table, a wooden wardrobe and other furnitures. You may watch there the TV and the apartment comes up with a WIFI connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped (cooktop, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all kitchen ustensils necessary). The dinning table is large enough to welcome 6 or 8 guests. There is also a washing machine and a table that can be used as a desk.

The bedroom has a double bed with nightstands on each side, a large wardrobe with 3 spaces and a desk.
The bathroom is attached to the bedroom and has a shower cabin, cupboard down and up the washbasin and a toilet.

At the entry, there is a separate toilet room.
