The apartment is on Départ street in a well maintained building facing the Montparnasse tower. Located at the 9th floor with lift, you will have from the balcony a beautiful view over Paris, seated either on the wooden table made for 4 persons or the armchair. Access the balcony through the large bay windows that let the sun enlighten the whole place. The living room has a double sofa bed, furnitures as well as a dining area with a table that can easily accomodate up to 4 persons.
The bedroom has a double bed with nightstands on each sides, a large antique cupboard and the bay windows give access to the balcony.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped (cooktop, fridge, microwave/grill, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all kitchen ustensils necessary). There is also a washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a cupboard down the washbasin. There is a separate toilet room.
