Less than 5 minutes of walk from the famous Moulin Rouge, our cozy studio provides everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Paris. Located at the 7th floor of a renovated building with elevator, you will be charmed from the stunning view on the “Ville Lumière” and its Eiffel Tower.
Completely furnished our flat has a living area with a new comfortable sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. House linen and Wi-Fi are provided as well.

Welcome to our cozy home! Ideally located in the 9th district of Paris, on the 7th floor with elevator, on 9 rue Mansart, our little flat can easily accommodate up to two people. It has a completely equipped kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, an oven, a cooking top, a dish washer, and all you need to cook your meals (pots, plats, glasses and cutlery).The bright living area offers a welcoming space thanks to its new sofa-bed from which you can comfortably watch the TV or admire the stunning view outside the balcony on the blue Parisian roofs and the Eiffel Tower. To enjoy your meals, you will have in the same room a wooden table with four chairs and a large closet is also provided to store all your clothes. You will have of course a private bathroom with a toilet, a shower, a bidet, a sink with a mirror and a washing machine. All bed linen and towels are provided as well as a fast internet connection, an iron, and a hairdryer. You will equally enjoy the private high speed internet connection to stay in touch with your nears and dears.

Located on 9 rue Mansart in the 9th district of Paris, our apartment has easy access to the whole city thanks to the metro line 2 which is at less than 5 minutes of walking distance away. Just in front of the mentioned metro station you will find the famous Moulin Rouge from which you can go for a walk till the picturesque and unique district of Montmartre. There you will find also the Sacré-Coeur cathedral and the well-known Place du Tertre. Not far from the apartment there is a Monoprix supermarket and just down the building you will find many typical Parisian cafés where you can have amazing meals. All commodities remain within walking distance.
