ID 362 - Cozy Flat on the Grands Boulevards

Located in 12, rue de Trèvise in the 9th district of Paris, our apartment has a strategic position not far from the city centre and well connected to the whole city thanks to various metro lines.
It comes with a separate bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with private toilet and washing machine and a cozy living room to relax with your beloved.
All house linen are provided as well as a fast internet connection stable in the whole property.
Simple but comfortable, this is how I would describe our flat. Located at the 2nd floor of a renovated building without elevator in 12, rue de Trèvise, our apartment charms our guests with its minimalistic style.
It comes with a spacious living room where you will find a work dedicated space with table and 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa bed to host some friends or just relax watching the tv. The big window contributes to enlighten the room, reducing the use of artificial lights during the whole day.
The kitchen is small but completely equipped: there you will find a fridge with freezer part, cook stove, a coffee machine, kettle, an oven and all crockery for your meals.
You will benefit from a private and functional bathroom with toilet, shower, sink with mirror and, what really makes the difference, a washing machine at your disposal during the whole stay.
The bedroom is simple so the space of the room is maximized : it comes with a completely new double bed and a dresser for your clothes. Also here, the big window provides a pleasant natural light during the whole day.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all the guests from the first day as well as a fast internet connection.
LE QUARTIER
At just 5 minutes of walk from the metro station Grands Boulevards, our apartment in 12, rue de Trèvise is located in the perfect spot to easily reach every corner of the city. As a matter of fact, there you will find the metro line 8 and 9 well connected with some strategic Parisian points and other important metro lines. At the same walking distance you can also find the metro station Cadet a stop of the metro line 7.
All amenities are at your fingertip : the nearest supermarket is the MONOP' Faubourg Montmartre and uncountable cafes and restaurants can be found in the neighborhood.
The apartment remains at around 15/20 minutes of walking distance from the parisian city centre, in particular from the station Chatelet - Les Halles where important metro and train lines can be found (like the 1, 4, 14, the RER A and B) as well as a big mall where people usually do shopping.
