It comes with a large living room with its comfortable couch and armchair, an equipped kitchen, a dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable double bed, a walk in shower & toilette. The flat has its private high speed internet connection and the cherry on this cake would be the lovely balcony with almost no vis a vis.

Our apartment can host up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) in the 3 spacious and comfy bedrooms. One of the rooms gives directly on the terrace while the other two still benefit from the bright natural light thanks to the big windows. You will enjoy the spacious living room with its new comfortable couch and armchairs where you will appreciate a large screen TV connected to cable channels. The fully opened equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, pots, plats, glasses etc ) will allow you to cook some nice meals and enjoy it on a large dining table with your nears and dears. You will have access to the nice balcony from the living area as well as from one of the bedrooms. There is also a walk-in shower and a toilette in the flat. Lastly, the flat comes with its own private internet connection and much to the delight of those travelling by car, we have a private closed car parking in the underground of the building.

All bed linen and towels are provided as well basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel.

Just 5 minutes of walk from the metro station Front Populaire, you will have direct access to the city of Paris thanks to the metro line 12. Ideally located on the 4TH floor of a modern building on 17, avenue Georges Sand in Saint Denis, our apartment benefits from a good position not far from all commodities: at less than 5 minutes of walking distance you will find a Monoprix supermarket, the market Marché de la Plaine and various bar and restaurants. Next to the apartment you will also find a family park and at 15 minutes of walk there is the train station La Plaine – Stade de France from which you can take the train RER B (district line) and be in Paris in less than 15 minutes. The same train has a direct connection to both ORLY and CDG airports as well as the “PARC EXPOSITION DE VILLEPINTE”. The famous “Stade de France” remain within close distance as well.
