Describing our apartment as a simple studio would be very limiting: its generous space allows our guests to benefit from the maximum comfort in each corner of the flat.
Located at the 6th floor with an elevator, you will benefit from a beautiful view on the parisian rooftops and plenty of daylight thanks to the big two windows located in the living area.
It can be divided into three smaller subareas: in a corner you will find a comfortable double bed, smartly divided from the rest thanks to a curtain. From there, you have direct access to the living room where two tables, a wooden and a glass one, can be found, as well as different chairs and a cozy sofa to sit and share some moments with your beloved. Connected to this area, there is the kitchen: it comes with an oven, a cook stove, a fridge and all necessary utensils for your meals. All the living area is beautifully adorned by the wooden decor and the upper library space. You will benefit from an elegant private bathroom with toilet, bath and a washbasin with mirror. Bed linen and towels are included as well as a stable internet connection in the whole property.

Ideally located on the 6th floor of a well maintained building on rue Nicolas Charlet, in the 15th district of Paris, you will be just a few steps from the metro station Pasteur where the metro lines 6 and 12 can be found. The neighborhood is full of cafes, restaurants and bakeries which makes it very pleasant to live in. All other commodities such as supermarkets and pharmacies can be easily reached by foot.
