The apartment is located on rue de l’Abbé Groult in the 15th district, near rue du Commerce famous for its several shops. You will be just a few minutes walk away from the Seine river but mostly from the Eiffel Tower & the Champs de Mars.
This loft studio has two floors connected by stairs. On the ground floor, the living room, the open kitchen as well as the bathroom. The living room has a single sofa bed, a leather armchair with a little table that can be used as a desk, a dinner table for 4 persons, the television and a shelving unit.
The open kitchen is equipped with cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toasters and all kitchen ustensils necessary.
The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet and a small cupboard down the washbasin. Upstairs, the sleeping area divided in two parts, one with a truckle bed and the other one with a double bed.
